In July 2003, 38-year-old Leslie Cilliers was gunned down in cold blood while serving his community. Now 18 years later, his daughter continues to fight for justice for her father, despite his killers having been convicted.
Roxanne van Eck (34) was just a teenager when her policeman father was shot in a bank robbery 18 years ago. One of his killers could be released from prison soon and Roxanne says the news has reopened old wounds.
