When a man is arrested for rape in 2014, his victim believes justice will move swiftly for her. The system, though, was not geared up to properly deal with this serial predator and soon multiple victims will fall through the cracks and be forced to find their own justice.
Elvis Zulu, 38, was sentenced to seven life terms and an additional 83 years in jail after being found guilty on charges of murder, attempted rape and assault
Zulu’s reign of terror started in 2011 and ended in 2014 after he was released on bail in 2011 and absconded.
