In 2007, sisters Refilwe Seroba & Sarah Makwati were murdered on the same day in two different locations by the same offender – Refilwe’s husband, Frans Seroba. Although the man admitted guilt immediately it would be almost nine years before the bars of a prison cell closed behind him for the final time.
Frans Seroba was sentenced to a combined 27 years for the cold blooded killing of his wife Refilwe Martha Seroba and her sister Sarah Makwati .
